UPDATE: North Carolina blogger Christopher Knight has posted photos of Murrill McLean, the Danville, Va. police officer who shot Killer, an 11 pound miniature dachshund.
According to Knight – who simply took the photos from Murrill’s facebook and flickr pages – Murrill is enlisted in the Army and his headed back to Iraq. Based on these photographs, he sure does look like the kind of guy that would be scared of a wiener dog.
I suppose it's possible McLean's not familiar with firearms
